Christina Worthington
Research Assistant
Christina has been with Squier Knapp Dunn since September 2007 after working in Ohio politics and receiving her Master's in Applied Politics from the University of Akron's Ray C. Bliss Institute. As a researcher and staff assistant, Christina facilitates with the ad production, message development and creative process for SKD's political and corporate clients.
In 2008, Christina worked with partners Bill Knapp and Jay Marlin on the Obama for America media team, tracking television and radio spots and gathering research for the various national and state-specific ads produced in the campaign. She also assisted with SKD's IE work that led to Senator's Dole's defeat in North Carolina, as well as assisting on Congressman Patrick Murphy's successful re-election campaign.
During the 2006 election cycle, Christina worked as a communications intern at the Ohio Democratic Party, conducting opposition research for the successful governor's race and coordinating the communications strategy with the other statewide campaigns. She went on to serve as Communications Director for the Espy for Supreme Court campaign. Christina graduated cum laude from Ohio University with a B.A. in Criminology and a minor in History.
